Our prices are for the rental of the apartment for the stated period for a maximum of four guests.
There is no booking fee.

HOW TO BOOK
Weekly bookings generally start from Fridays. However, if this doesn't suit you, where possible we will try to be flexible to accommodate you, so please contact us to enquire.
Please note, during the Peak period, we only take weekly bookings (no short breaks), starting on Fridays.
STANDARD ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Arrival: after 3pm
Departure: before 10am.
On short breaks, where possible, we will try to extend your arrival and departure times, but cannot guarantee this.
THE BOOKING PROCESS
Check whether your chosen dates are available on the calendar above.
If your enquiry is more than six weeks in advance of your booking, to secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total amount, along with Part One of the booking form .
On receipt of both booking form and deposit, we will email you to confirm your reservation.
The payment balance is due six weeks before your booking’s start, along with Part Two of the booking form and a separate £150 Good Housekeeping Deposit.
Promptly after your stay, your Good Housekeeping Deposit is either refunded by BACS, or your cheque shredded. Should the apartment not be left in the condition it was found, all or part of the GHD may be used for repairs or replacements, outside of normal wear and tear, or for additional cleaning.
If your booking is made within six weeks of its start, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payment via BACS transfer or cheque. We also accept Paypal payments, which incur a 3% additional levy.
